Zentric is provided by Morningstar Group, with orders processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. This policy explains how refunds work for Zentric.
30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on platform subscription fees. If you are not satisfied with Zentric, you can request a full refund of your most recent subscription payment within 30 days of the original order date or the most recent renewal date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment provider. To request a refund:
1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
2. Email our team at support@zentriccrm.com with your order number and we will help arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Implementation build fees
One-time implementation build fees cover bespoke configuration and onboarding work agreed in advance. Once that work has started or been delivered, build fees are non-refundable. Before work begins, you may cancel and receive a refund of any deposit paid. Any cancellation terms specific to your engagement are set out in your order or proposal.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal at paddle.net. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
